A tracking number will only be provided if the Tracked/Insured option is chosen. If you chose the standard shipping option NO tracking/insurance will be in place. TNB is not responsible for any (untracked) order being lost or undelivered.
- Return policy
All sales are final, but we will gladly replace any items you are unhappy with due to manufacture defect. Please contact us with any issues.
- How long do custom orders take? Is there a minimum order?
It all depends on the size of the order but custom orders typically take between 2-3 business days to complete. Custom orders are the same retail price as standard colours, but require a 3 pack minimum per bait/colour.
- Are you looking for Pro-staff/Brand Ambassadors?
Not currently, but we will be looking for anglers for our ’24 Ice Team this fall! Keep an eye out for when the applications open!
