  1. Where is local pickup?

  2. Will I get a tracking number for my order?
    A tracking number will only be provided if the Tracked/Insured option is chosen. If you chose the standard shipping option NO tracking/insurance will be in place.

    TNB is not responsible for any (untracked) order being lost or undelivered.

  3. How long do custom orders take? Is there a minimum order?
    It all depends on the size of the order but custom orders typically take between 2-3 business days to complete. Custom orders are the same retail price as standard colours, but require a 3 pack minimum per bait/colour.

  4. Are you looking for Pro-staff/Brand Ambassadors?
    Not at this time.
